FAQ
What payments methods do you support?
Currently debit cards, credit cards, and ACH bank transfers are enabled on Supercharge. If you’re based in the US, it is suggested you use the ACH bank transfer method. If you’re based outside the US, it is suggested you use debit/credit cards.
Depending on your payment method, your bank may issue other fees on their end. We recommend using a bank transfer or a debit card instead of a credit card, as credit card issuers may issue a Cash Advance fee.
Why do you require KYC?
Our banking partners legally require KYC for all onramp/banking activities. KYC helps protect against fraud and suspicious activities. Additionally, this allows Supercharge to raise limits for all users, in tandem, as opposed to other service providers without KYC and lower limits.
What are your fees?
Fees depend on payment method (e.g., credit card fees are higher than ACH fees). Fees are displayed clearly at the time of purchase, so you can make an informed decision about the optimal payment method.
